All customer orders are processed and delivered electronically via e-mail, most orders are processed and delivered within several hours after the order was placed.
Notice: be sure to check your spam/junk folder, otherwise, you may not see our e-mail. Our e-mail will have the @zunaa.com domain name. We recommend that you add our e-mail address and/or domain name to your safe list to ensure that you receive our e-mail.
After you have placed an order please submit the following...

Notice:submitting a secondary email address is highly recommended. it is not uncommon for email providers such as yahoo etc. to have periodic server problems which can cause failure of email delivery. The secondary email address will be used as a backup in the event that we get a Mail Delivery Failure notice. A secondary email address ensures that there is no delay in delivery or service.The primary and secondary emails should be from different email providers e.g. if the primary email is a abc@gmail.com account then the secondary email should not be a @gmail.com account.

To locate your Tradestation customer number please open TradeStation platform.
-- Left click Help Menu on TradeStation platform
-- Select About TradeStation
-- Under Licensed to you will see Customer Number
Notice:Tradestation customer number should not be confused with a trading account number. Please do not send us your trading account number and for security reasons we would not recommend that you share your trading account number with anyone. Tradestation customer number identifies the customer that it is assigned to as an authentic end user of tradestation platform/software - similar to a license plate number assigned to each vehicle. |
