RTH
aka "pit session"

RTH is the Regular Trading Hours or session. e.g. U.S. Stocks RTH are 0930-1600 est. If you live on the West cost then you need to adjust to your time zone 0630-1300.
e.g. U.S. Stock index Futures RTH is 0930-1615. If you live on the West cost then you need to adjust to your time zone 0630-1315.
RTH is often referred to as pit session when the instrument of interest is Futures. Because it refers to when the actual pit is open and trading. RTH corresponds to the open and close time of the underlying cash index.
