Common problems,

** the version of TS you are running is a previous version than the version and build we used to verify the ELD code. Tradestation ELD's are not backward compatible, but they are forward compatible. Therefore the version of TS that you are using must be equal or greater to the version we used to verify the ELD code. To find out what version we are currently using click here

** the version of TS you are running is brand new i.e. recently released from Beta testing phase and naturally it has bug/glitches. To see what version we are currently using and recommending click here

Note: In General the newest TS versions have bugs/glitches. Not picking on TS as this is true for all software producers e.g. Microsoft windows. Therefor it is good practice to stay one version behind the newest tradestation release and allow some time for the bugs to be resolved. If you have difficulties and are running the newest Tradestation version we recommends that you Migrate to a previous version.

If you have questions, please include the Version, Build/Update, TS Customer Number, and detailed explanation of the issue being experienced.
