A working reliable source of communication between us and the client is very important, it is vital for us to provide the client both, customer service, as well as, make delivery of products and services electronically. We require the client to provide us with a phone number and two working email address, a primary email address and a secondary backup email address. The two email addresses must be different and from different provider or different domain name. The two email address must be from different provider, for example both email addresses cannot be from Gmail, one email address can be email@gmail.com and the other can be email@hotmail.com and this would be acceptable. For example both email addresses cannot have the same domain name mywebsite.com and mywebsite.com is not ok. mywebsite.com and myotherwebsite.com is ok. The primary email address would be used for delivering digital goods and providing customer service. The secondary email address would be used by us only if the primary email address produces a permanent failure error and we receive a mail delivery system notification such as “the following address(s) failed”. In the event the primary email fails we will attempt a second time to make electronic delivery of the goods or services with the primary email address. If the second attempt fails, then we will use the secondary email to deliver electronically the goods or services. Failure or refusal by the client to provide a working phone number and two email addresses frees us from any obligations to provide any and all customer services including but not limited to, responding to client questions, providing product related instructions, or delivery of goods.
